BIBS Set of 2 Couture Silicone Pacifiers, anatomical teat, 6-18 months, silicone, concave shield with holes
BIBS Couture pacifiers feature a silicone nipple with a specific shape, which provides the baby with the proper breastfeeding technique. The round shield sits further away from the baby's face, facilitating airflow to the skin around the baby's mouth.
The pacifier nipple is designed with a valve that lets air out when the baby closes their mouth and takes on the natural shape of the baby's oral cavity. The flexible disc around the nipple has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin. The disc is made of PP and is designed with multiple holes that allow for air circulation.
Good pacifier hygiene requires frequent cleaning. The younger the baby, the more important it is to maintain good hygiene. Before first use, the pacifier must be sterilized in 3 simple steps: place the pacifier in a clean bowl; pour boiling water over the pacifier and leave it for 5 minutes; remove the pacifier onto a clean towel and let it dry. If water has entered the inside of the nipple through the valve, use a towel to press the nipple until the water is expelled.
The set contains 2 Couture pacifiers. The size indicated by the manufacturer is 6-18 months. The manufacturer recommends replacing pacifiers after 4-6 weeks of use, as well as sterilizing them before first use.
