BIBS Set of 2 Couture Latex pacifiers, anatomical teat, 0 months+, Haze/Blossom, 100% natural latex
BIBS Couture Latex pacifiers are made of latex, a natural material derived from the sap of the rubber tree (hevea). This sap is refined to obtain latex, an elastic and soft material, similar in texture to a mother's breast. The set contains two pacifiers in the Haze/Blossom color combination, suitable for babies from 0 months.
The pacifier nipple is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth and takes on the natural shape of the baby's oral cavity. The anatomical nipple is made of 100% natural latex, offering a familiar and comfortable feeling for the little one during use.
The flexible shield around the nipple has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin. The shield is made of 100% PP and designed with multiple holes that allow air circulation. This construction helps maintain the comfort and hygiene of the delicate skin around the mouth.
Good pacifier hygiene involves frequent cleaning. The younger the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria. Before the first use, the pacifier must be sterilized. Latex is a natural material that can break down at temperatures above 100 degrees Celsius; therefore, latex pacifiers MUST NOT be sterilized in a microwave, steam sterilizer, UV sterilizer, or in a sterilization solution. Sterilization involves three simple steps: place the pacifier in a clean bowl, pour hot water over it and leave it for 5 minutes, then remove the pacifier onto a clean paper towel and let it dry. If water has entered the inside of the nipple through the valve, use the paper towel to press the nipple until the water is expelled. Pacifiers should be replaced after 4-6 weeks of use.
