The BIBS Colour Studio Collection Stripe set includes 2 pacifiers made of latex, a material obtained from the sap of the rubber tree (Hevea). This sap is refined to produce latex, an elastic and soft material that is similar in texture to a mother's breast. The round nipple is made of 100% natural latex, and the color chosen for this set is Ivory/Vanilla.

The pacifier nipple is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth, taking on the natural shape of the baby's oral cavity. This construction helps the pacifier adapt as well as possible to the shape of the child's mouth, providing comfort during use. The recommended size is 6-18 months, suitable for babies from 6 months onwards.

The flexible shield around the nipple has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin. The shield is made of 100% PP and designed with 3 holes that allow air circulation. Thus, air circulates freely around the sensitive area of the face, and the pacifier maintains its shape adapted to the child.

Good pacifier hygiene requires frequent cleaning: the younger the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria. Before first use, the pacifier must be sterilized. Latex is a natural material that can break at temperatures above 100°C; therefore, latex pacifiers MUST NOT be sterilized in the microwave, steam sterilizer, UV sterilizer, or in sterilization solution. Sterilization is done in 3 steps: place the pacifier in a clean bowl, pour boiling water over it and leave it for 5 minutes, then remove it onto a clean paper towel and let it dry. If water has entered the inside of the nipple through the valve, squeeze the nipple with the paper towel until the water is removed. Pacifiers should be replaced after 4-6 weeks of use.
