BIBS Set 2 Pacifiers Colour Studio Collection Stripe Latex round nipple 0 months+ made of 100% natural latex
The BIBS Colour Studio Collection Stripe set of 2 pacifiers is made of latex, a material sourced from the fluid of the rubber tree (hevea). This fluid is refined to obtain latex, a soft and elastic material with a texture similar to a mother's breast. The round teat of the pacifier is made of 100% natural latex and is recommended from 0 months.
The pacifier teat is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth, thus taking on the natural shape of the oral cavity. The flexible disc around the teat has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin. The disc is made of 100% PP and is designed with 3 holes that allow air circulation.
Good pacifier hygiene involves frequent cleaning. The younger the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria and maintain good hygiene. Before first use, the pacifier must be sterilized. Because latex is a natural material that can break at temperatures above 100 degrees Celsius, latex pacifiers MUST NOT be sterilized in a microwave, steam sterilizer, UV sterilizer, or in sterilization solution.
Sterilization involves three simple steps: place the pacifier in a clean bowl, pour boiling water over it and leave it for 5 minutes, then remove it onto a clean paper towel and let it dry. If water has entered the inside of the teat through the valve, use the paper towel to press the teat until the water is removed. The manufacturer recommends replacing the pacifiers after 4-6 weeks of use.
