BIBS Colour pacifiers from the Studio Collection Polka Dots are made of latex, a material obtained from the fluid of the rubber tree (hevea). This fluid is refined to produce latex, an elastic and soft material with a texture similar to a mother's breast. The set contains 2 round-nipple pacifiers, recommended from 0 months and suitable for size 0-6 months, in the Ivory/Black color combination.

The pacifier nipple is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth, adopting the natural shape of the baby's oral cavity. The nipple is made of 100% natural latex, a soft and flexible material that adapts to the child's mouth. This construction helps the pacifier maintain its shape during use.

The flexible shield around the nipple has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin. The shield is made of 100% PP and is designed with 3 holes that allow air circulation.

Good pacifier hygiene involves frequent cleaning. The younger the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria and maintain good hygiene. Before first use, the pacifier must be sterilized. Because latex is a natural material that can break at temperatures above 100 degrees Celsius, latex pacifiers MUST NOT be sterilized in the microwave, steam sterilizer, UV sterilizer, or in sterilization solution. Sterilization involves 3 simple steps: place the pacifier in a clean bowl, pour hot water over it and leave it for 5 minutes, then remove it onto a clean paper towel and let it dry. If water has entered the inside of the nipple through the valve, use the paper towel to press the nipple until the water is removed. Pacifiers should be replaced after 4-6 weeks of use.
