BIBS Set of 2 Colour Studio Collection Pacifiers Polka Dots round latex nipple 0 months+
The BIBS Colour Studio Collection Polka Dots set contains 2 pacifiers with a round nipple, suitable for babies from 0 months. BIBS Colour pacifiers are made of latex, a material obtained from the fluid of the rubber tree (hevea). This fluid is refined, resulting in latex – an elastic and soft material with a texture similar to a mother's breast.
The pacifier nipple is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth and takes on the natural shape of the baby's oral cavity. The nipple is made of 100% natural latex. The flexible shield around the nipple has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin. The shield is made of 100% PP, designed with 3 holes that allow air circulation.
Good pacifier hygiene requires frequent cleaning. The younger the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria and maintain good hygiene. Before the first use, the pacifier must be sterilized. Latex is a natural material that can break down at temperatures above 100 degrees C. Therefore, latex pacifiers should NOT be sterilized in the microwave, steam sterilizer, UV sterilizer, or in sterilization solution.
Sterilizing the pacifier involves 3 simple steps: place the pacifier in a clean bowl, pour hot water over the pacifier and leave it for 5 minutes, then remove the pacifier onto a clean towel and let it dry. If water has entered the nipple through its valve, use the towel to press the nipple until the water is removed. The manufacturer recommends replacing pacifiers after 4-6 weeks of use.
