BIBS Set of 2 Colour Latex pacifiers, round nipple, 6 months+, latex, Vanilla/Iron
The BIBS Colour Latex 2-pack pacifier set is made from latex, a material obtained from the sap of the rubber tree (hevea). This fluid is refined to produce latex, an elastic and soft material with a texture similar to a mother's breast. The nipple is made of 100% natural latex and takes the natural shape of the baby's oral cavity.
The pacifier nipple is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth. The flexible shield around the nipple has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin. The shield is made of 100% PP and designed with 3 holes to allow air circulation.
Good pacifier hygiene requires frequent cleaning. The younger the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria and maintain good hygiene. Before the first use, the pacifier must be sterilized. Latex is a natural material that can break down at temperatures above 100°C. Therefore, latex pacifiers should NOT be sterilized in a microwave, steam sterilizer, UV sterilizer, or in a sterilization solution.
Sterilization involves 3 simple steps: place the pacifier in a clean bowl, pour hot water over it and leave it for 5 minutes, then remove it onto a clean napkin and let it air dry. If water has entered the inside of the nipple through the valve, press the nipple with the napkin until the water is expelled. Replace pacifiers after 4-6 weeks of use.
