The BIBS Colour Latex set contains 2 pacifiers made from 100% natural latex, a material obtained from the fluid of the rubber tree (hevea). This fluid is refined to produce latex, an elastic and soft material with a texture similar to a mother's breast. The pacifiers feature a round nipple and are recommended for babies from 6 months old, with the size covering the 6-18 month range.

The pacifier nipple is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth, thus conforming to the natural shape of the baby's oral cavity. This design helps it sit comfortably in the mouth and supports the child's natural sucking movements. The nipple is made of 100% natural latex, a soft and flexible material.

The flexible shield around the nipple has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin. The shield is made of 100% PP and is designed with 3 holes that allow air circulation. This combination of natural latex and polypropylene shield provides a lightweight product adapted to the baby's sensitive skin. The colors in this set are Bubblegum and Peri.

For hygiene, pacifiers should be cleaned frequently: the younger the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria. Before first use, the pacifier must be sterilized. Because latex is a natural material that can break down at temperatures above 100 degrees Celsius, latex pacifiers must NOT be sterilized in the microwave, steam sterilizer, UV sterilizer, or in a sterilization solution. Sterilization involves 3 simple steps: place the pacifier in a clean bowl, pour boiling water over the pacifier and leave it for 5 minutes, then remove it onto a clean paper towel and let it dry. If water has entered the inside of the nipple through the valve, use the towel to press the nipple until the water is expelled. Pacifiers should be replaced after 4-6 weeks of use.
