BIBS Colour Latex pacifiers are made of latex, a material derived from the fluid of the rubber tree (Hevea). This fluid is refined to obtain latex, an elastic and soft material with a texture similar to a mother's breast. The set contains 2 pacifiers with a round nipple in Vanilla and Pine shades, recommended for babies from 0 months.

The pacifier nipple is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth, adapting to the natural shape of the baby's oral cavity. The nipple is made of 100% natural latex, a soft and elastic material that easily adjusts to the little one's needs.

The flexible shield around the nipple has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin. The shield is made of PP and is designed with 3 holes to allow for air circulation.

Good hygiene for the pacifier involves frequent cleaning. The younger the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria and maintain good hygiene. Before the first use, the pacifier must be sterilized. Latex is a natural material that can break at temperatures above 100°C; therefore, latex pacifiers MUST NOT be sterilized in a microwave, steam sterilizer, UV sterilizer, or in sterilizing solution. Sterilization involves 3 simple steps: place the pacifier in a clean bowl, pour hot water over it and leave it for 5 minutes, then remove the pacifier onto a clean towel and let it dry. If water has entered the inside of the nipple through the valve, use the towel to squeeze the nipple until the water is removed. It is recommended to replace the pacifiers after 4-6 weeks of use.
