BIBS Colour pacifiers are made of latex, a material obtained from the fluid of the rubber tree (hevea). This fluid is refined, and the result is an elastic and soft material, similar in texture to a mother's breast. The set contains 2 pacifiers with a round nipple, in the color combination of Pine and Cornflower, recommended for babies from 0 months and up.

The pacifier nipple is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth, thus taking on the natural shape of the oral cavity. The nipple is made of 100% natural latex, a soft and flexible material. The flexible shield around the nipple has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin and prevent irritation.

The shield is made of PP and is designed with 3 holes that allow air circulation. The size indicated for this set is 0-6 months, suitable for newborns and small babies.

Good pacifier hygiene involves cleaning it frequently. The younger the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria and maintain good hygiene. Before the first use, the pacifier must be sterilized. Latex is a natural material that can break down at temperatures above 100 degrees C. Therefore, latex pacifiers MUST NOT be sterilized in the microwave, steam sterilizer, UV sterilizer, or in sterilization solution. Sterilization involves 3 simple steps: place the pacifier in a clean bowl, pour boiling water over it and leave it for 5 minutes, then remove it onto a clean paper towel and let it dry. If water has entered the inside of the nipple through the valve, press the nipple with the paper towel until the water is removed. Pacifiers should be replaced after 4-6 weeks of use.
