BIBS Set of 2 Colour Latex pacifiers, round nipple, 0 months+, Blush, natural latex, PP shield with 3 holes
The BIBS Colour Latex set in the Blush shade contains 2 pacifiers made of latex, a material obtained from the fluid of the rubber tree (Hevea). The fluid is refined to create latex, an elastic and soft material with a texture similar to a mother's breast. The teat is made of 100% natural latex and has a round shape.
The pacifier teat is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth, allowing it to mimic the natural shape of the baby's oral cavity. The flexible shield around the teat is slightly concave to minimize contact points with the baby's skin. The shield is made of 100% PP and designed with 3 holes to allow air circulation.
The pacifiers are size 0-6 months. Good pacifier hygiene requires frequent cleaning: the younger the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria and maintain good hygiene. Before the first use, the pacifier must be sterilized, and pacifiers should be replaced after 4-6 weeks of use.
Latex is a natural material that can break down at temperatures above 100°C. Therefore, latex pacifiers must NOT be sterilized in a microwave, steam sterilizer, UV sterilizer, or in a sterilization solution. Sterilization involves 3 simple steps: place the pacifier in a clean bowl, pour hot water over the pacifier and leave it for 5 minutes, then remove the pacifier onto a clean towel and let it dry. If water has entered the inside of the teat through its valve, use the towel to press the teat until the water is removed.
