BIBS Set of 2 Colour Latex pacifiers with anatomical natural latex nipple, 6 months+
BIBS Colour pacifiers are made of latex, a material obtained from the fluid of the rubber tree (hevea). The fluid is refined to obtain latex, an elastic and soft material with a texture similar to a mother's breast.
The pacifier nipple has an anatomical shape and is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth, taking on the natural shape of the oral cavity. The nipple is made of natural latex. The flexible shield around the nipple has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin. The shield is made of PP and is designed with 3 holes that allow air circulation.
Latex is a natural material that can break down at temperatures above 100 degrees Celsius. Therefore, latex pacifiers should not be sterilized in a microwave, steam sterilizer, UV sterilizer, or in sterilizing solution. Sterilization involves 3 steps: place the pacifier in a clean bowl, pour hot water over it and leave it for 5 minutes, then place it on a clean napkin and let it dry. If water has entered the nipple through the valve, press the nipple with the napkin until the water is removed.
