BIBS Set of 2 Boheme Latex pacifiers, round nipple, natural latex, 0 months+, Khaki/Dusty Blue
BIBS Boheme pacifiers are made of latex, a material obtained from the fluid derived from the rubber tree (hevea). This fluid is refined to obtain latex, a soft and elastic material with a texture similar to a mother's breast. The set contains two pacifiers in Khaki and Dusty Blue shades.
The pacifier nipple is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth and takes on the natural shape of the baby's oral cavity. The nipple is made of 100% natural latex. The flexible shield around the nipple has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin, and it is made of PP, with multiple holes that allow air circulation.
Good pacifier hygiene requires frequent cleaning. The younger the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria. Before the first use, the pacifier must be sterilized. Latex is a natural material that can break down at temperatures above 100 degrees C. Therefore, latex pacifiers should not be sterilized in the microwave, steam sterilizer, UV sterilizer, or in sterilization solution. Sterilization involves three steps: place the pacifier in a clean bowl, pour boiling water over it and leave it for 5 minutes, then remove it onto a clean paper towel and let it dry. If water has entered the inside of the nipple through the valve, press the nipple with the paper towel until the water is removed.
