BIBS Set of 2 Boheme Pacifiers, Round Nipple, 0 months+, Blush/Woodchuck, made of 100% natural latex
BIBS Boheme pacifiers are made of latex, a material obtained from the fluid derived from the rubber tree (Hevea). This fluid is refined to produce latex, a soft and elastic material with a texture similar to a mother's breast. The set contains 2 pacifiers in Blush and Woodchuck shades, suitable for babies aged 0 to 6 months.
The nipple of the pacifier is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth and takes on the natural shape of the baby's oral cavity. The nipple is made of 100% natural latex, and its round shape is designed for the baby's comfort during sucking and soothing moments.
The flexible disc around the nipple has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin. The disc is made of 100% PP and is designed with multiple holes that allow for air circulation.
Good pacifier hygiene involves frequent cleaning. The younger the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria and maintain good hygiene. Before first use, the pacifier must be sterilized, and pacifiers should be replaced after 4-6 weeks of use for the baby's safety.
Latex is a natural material that can break down at temperatures above 100°C. Therefore, latex pacifiers should not be sterilized in a microwave, steam sterilizer, UV sterilizer, or in a sterilization solution. Sterilization involves three simple steps: place the pacifier in a clean bowl, pour boiling water over it and leave it for 5 minutes, then remove the pacifier onto a clean paper towel and let it dry. If water has entered the inside of the nipple through the valve, use the paper towel to squeeze the nipple until the water is expelled.
